Dyeing Method:

Solution Dyeing is a common dyeing method in the process of high-end nylon carpet tiles. This dyeing method adds color masterbatches during the nylon spinning process thereby incorporates color into nylon structure, resulting in a high color fastness and resistance to fading.

Nylon is a common synthetic fiber with excellent properties such as high strength, good resilience, fatigue resistance, dyeability, corrosion resistance and insect resistance. The density of nylon is lower than most of the synthetic fibers, while its abrasion resistance is much better than other synthetic fibers.

PVC backing is one of the most common backing materials, and it is now widely used for its functional, economic and practical advantages.
