Rizhao Dongsheng

• 13 sets of wilton loom ( flat woven, shaggy, high-density/speed weaving )
• 9 sets of Axminster loom ( High-speed weaving, up to 16 colors ) together with 2 sets of Belgium supper Smart Creel.
• All imported from Van De Wiele , Belgium.
• Meantime, New looms imported every year.

• 12 sets of tufting machine, has the capability of weaving FULL REPEAT patterns, which is the most advanced technology in China.
• Tufted carpet incudes: level loop, level cut, level cut and loop, high cut–low loop, multi-height pile carpets.
• 1 set of high-speed/resolution jet-print production line imported from Zimmer (25DPI) of Austria, can print up to 12 colors simultaneously.
• 1 set of high-speed digital print production line imported from Zimmer of Austria, can print the custom carpet without limitation of colors.

• 3 sets (18 positions) extruding machine (Neumag) to produce PP & nylon yarn, which are the very advanced sets imported from Germany.
• 9 sets (4 sets 104 positions and 5 sets 120 positions) of twist line imported from Germany.
• 3 sets of heat set line imported from France and Germany.
• Woven machines to produce action back for tufted carpet, 41 looms for primary backing, and 16 looms for secondary backing.

• 8 sets of wilton loom specially for wool blended carpet and hand-carving carpet
• 2 sets of Axminster loom could weave cross-backing rugs
• Also provide wool blended yarn (yarn spinning and dyeing included) for production
