Quality Checked at Every Stage
With three in-house laboratories, we conduct testing and verification throughout OEM carpet production to help ensure that materials, colors and technical specifications remain consistent with the approved standard.
Laboratory Testing
Our laboratories support material, color and performance testing before and during production, helping minimize deviations in key specifications.

In-Process Quality Control
During production, our QC team monitors key parameters such as color, pattern, pile height, pile weight, dimensions and surface appearance to maintain consistency with approved samples.

Multiple Final Inspections
After mass production, finished carpets undergo multiple inspections, combining manual inspection and machine inspection to identify appearance defects, dimensional deviations and other quality issues before packing.

Customer & Third-Party Inspection
We welcome customer inspection and can also cooperate with SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or other customer-appointed third-party inspection agencies before shipment.

Pre-Shipment Confirmation
Inspection records, photos and videos can be provided upon request before shipment.

Q: Can you manufacture according to our existing carpet sample?
A: Yes. We can evaluate an existing carpet sample and develop a corresponding production solution based on its pattern, color, material, construction and other technical characteristics. Final feasibility depends on the carpet type, specifications and required quantity, and a sample can be produced for approval before bulk production.
Q: Can we customize material and pile weight?
A: Yes. Material, pile weight, pile height, density and construction can be customized according to the product type, application, performance requirements and budget. Available materials include wool, nylon, polypropylene, polyester and approved blends. Final specifications will be confirmed after technical review.
Q: Do you provide private-label packaging?
A: Yes. We can support private-label requirements such as brand labels, product labels, packaging information, SKU identification and shipping marks. Packaging options depend on the carpet type, order quantity and shipping method, and can be confirmed before production.
Q: Can you produce a sample before mass production?
A: Yes. Sample production is an important part of our OEM process. Depending on the product, we can prepare a strike-off, sample panel, rug sample or other suitable physical sample for approval. Bulk production begins after the key design, color and technical specifications are confirmed.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity for OEM carpets?
A: MOQ for OEM carpet manufacturing varies by carpet type, material, construction, color quantity and design. Depending on the product, the typical MOQ ranges from 100 to 3,000 m² per design/colorway. For smaller projects, our team can recommend suitable production solutions based on your specifications and quantity.
