A: Yes. We can customize carpets based on your artwork, CAD drawings, floor plans, color references, or other project requirements.
If you don't have a finalized design yet, that's no problem. Our team of 60+ designers can develop carpet patterns and color concepts based on your ideas, project style, and application requirements.

A: MOQ depends on the carpet type.
For tufted carpet, the MOQ is usually affected by factors such as yarn material, number of colors, gauge, and other construction specifications.
For Axminster, Wilton, and printed carpet, we can generally accept orders from 100 m², and larger quantities usually offer better pricing.
For handmade carpets, we generally have no minimum order quantity.

A: To prepare an accurate quotation, please provide:

• Carpet type or application: Guestroom, corridor, ballroom, office, etc.
• Quantity: Total required area or number of pieces.
• Size: Carpet dimensions, floor plan, or CAD drawing if available.
• Specifications: Material, pile weight, pile height, backing, or other requirements.
• Design & colors: Artwork, reference images, color codes, or preferred style.
• Delivery information: Destination country/city and required delivery schedule.

Not all details need to be finalized. If you're still selecting the carpet, simply tell us about your project and we can recommend suitable options.

A: Yes.
If you haven't selected a specific design or carpet construction yet, we can provide several free quality samples for your evaluation. You only need to cover the shipping cost.
If you already have a confirmed design and carpet specification, we can also produce a custom sample based on your design for approval before bulk production.
 
5. What is the lead time for samples and bulk production?
Samples typically take 7–20 days, depending on whether the required colors are available in stock. Bulk production usually takes 30–60 days, depending on the carpet type and order quantity. For large-scale projects, we can also arrange phased shipments according to your project schedule.
 
6. Do you provide carpet installation support?
Yes. We offer two types of installation support.
For standard projects, our installation specialists can provide installation drawings, manuals, video guidance, and remote video support.
For large or complex projects, we can also arrange technical personnel to visit the project site and work with your local installation team.

A: We hold certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CE, and CRI Green Label Plus.
Our carpets can also be supported by various test reports, including EN 13501, ASTM E648, ASTM D2859, ISO 354, and ISO 105, depending on the product.

A: We offer a wide range of pile materials, including wool, nylon, polypropylene, polyester, and various blended fibers.
Common options include 80% wool / 20% nylon carpet, 100% wool carpet, 100% nylon carpet, polypropylene tufted carpet, and polyester carpet.
The recommended material depends on the application, traffic level, maintenance requirements, budget, and required performance.

A: The best material depends mainly on where the carpet will be installed and how heavily it will be used.
For high-traffic hospitality areas, wool/nylon carpets or commercial nylon carpets are commonly considered. For projects focused on cost efficiency, polypropylene or polyester may be suitable.
Tell us your application, budget, and performance requirements, and we can recommend an appropriate construction.

A: We focus on material safety, indoor air quality, and environmental management rather than making broad environmental claims.
Dongsheng holds ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, and selected products have obtained CRI Green Label Plus, which relates to low VOC emissions and indoor air quality.

A: Service life depends on carpet construction, traffic level, installation quality, and maintenance.
Under proper installation and maintenance, Axminster, Wilton, and hand-tufted carpets can have a service life of up to around 10 years, while printed and tufted carpets can typically serve for around 6 years.
Actual service life may vary depending on the project environment and frequency of use.

A: Regular vacuuming is the most important part of routine carpet maintenance.
Spills should be treated promptly, while periodic professional deep cleaning is recommended for heavily used areas. Entrance mats and scheduled maintenance can also help reduce dirt and extend carpet service life.

A: For carpet rolls, we normally use standard export packing: the carpet is rolled with the face inward, protected with plastic packaging, and packed with PP woven material.
For carpet tiles, products are normally packed in cartons and placed on pallets.
Customized packaging can also be arranged according to project and shipping requirements.

A: Yes. In addition to wall-to-wall carpet, we can manufacture custom-sized rugs and shaped carpet pieces according to your drawings or required dimensions.
Depending on the product, finishing options can include cutting, edge binding, backing, and other project-specific treatments.

A: Yes. We can develop colors based on PANTONE references, physical color samples, yarn references, or other approved color standards, depending on the carpet type.
For custom projects, we recommend confirming the color standard before sample production to improve color-matching accuracy.

A: We can support commonly used international trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP, depending on the destination and project requirements.
For CIF or DDP quotations, please provide the destination port or full delivery address so that we can calculate the appropriate logistics cost.

A: We normally accept T/T bank transfer.
For samples, full payment is generally required before sample production. For bulk orders, our standard payment term is usually 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% before shipment.
