Production Capacity

The Wilton Weave construction is the most versatile & unique weave structure. Wilton carpets are capable of ‘all cut', ‘all loop' or a combination of the two textures.
Wilton carpets are pile carpets whereby the pile is formed by inserting wires in the pile warps of the carpet. After extraction of the wires the pile is looped (in case straight wires have been used) or cut (in case cutting wires are used). Because the yarn is buried on the back and only lifted when a specific color is needed, it gives the Wilton product more body, resilience and great quality.

Packaging, Storage, Handling and Transportation
Wilton carpets are available in two packaing methods. For Wilton carpets, they can be packed either in waterproof bags, or they can be packed in inner waterproof bags and outer woven bags. For wall-to-wall Wilton products, due to their large size and difficulty in transportation, we will use both inner waterproof bags and outer woven bags, with two plastic tubes for additional protection.
Carpets should be stored in their original shipping packaging. If the outer packaging is damaged, it should be repaired in time and stored in a clean, ventilated, sun-shaded, and dry area. If the ground is uneven or there are stones, storing the carpet for a long time will cause the direction of the piles on the carpet surface to change, causing the carpet surface to be uneven. The floor should be cleaned or repaired in time. If you find that the ambient humidity is high or it is directly soaked by rain, please open it to dry in time and move the storage location.
For rugs, under normal circumstances, we pack and ship them directly. If required, we we can also ship them on pallets or with additional packaging.
