Packaging for Wilton Carpets: Wilton carpets are available in two packaging options. For Wilton area rugs, customers may opt for simple waterproof bag packaging or choose an additional outer woven bag. For larger Wilton wall-to-wall carpets, we provide waterproof inner bags with woven outer bags, reinforced with plastic tubes at both ends for added protection during transport.

Storage Guidelines: Store carpets in their original packaging as shipped. If outer packaging is damaged, repair it promptly to protect the carpet. Carpets should be kept in clean, well-ventilated, shaded, and dry areas. Uneven surfaces, stones, or other irregularities under the carpet can cause directional changes in the pile over time, leading to uneven surfaces. Ensure the floor is even and clear of debris before storing. In case of high humidity or exposure to rain, carpets should be aired out and transferred to a dry location.

Shipping of Area Rugs: In standard cases, area rugs are boxed for shipment. If required, they can be packed on pallets or boxed based on customer preferences.
